A native of Western North Carolina raised in Montreat, a small town 15 miles east of Asheville, Bill is a proud Eagle Scout and a 2007 graduate of Appalachian State University.
Although a recent graduate, Bill is not new to the real estate business having worked as an assistant at Blue Ridge Realty during his senior year at Appalachian. Additionally, Bill knows first hand income producing properties and student rentals from his experience as an investor and property manager in the Boone area since 2003. Bill also serves the High Country vacation rental market as owner and manager of High Country Spa Maintenance. In the winter months Bill is a snowboard instructor with the nationally recognized French Swiss Ski/Snowboard College at Appalachian Ski Mountain.
Bill is actively involved in many area service organizations and maintains his association with Appalachian State University as an active member of the Yosef and Alumni Club. He is a member of the Avery Watauga Association of Realtors and the Avery Watauga Multiple Listing Service.
For fun and relaxation, he enjoys hiking the miles and miles of area trails and discovering waterfalls with his dog, Bosco. |
